Daran Norland an American film, Television Actor, and Voice Artist. He is mainly known for playing Gordy on Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide. He is also known for voicing Cosmo, Jorgen von Strangle and Mr. Turner in the Fairly Odd Parents.
